"The best decision I made, besides saying "I do" was to hire a wedding coordinator- and more specifically Diana Greenwood. On my special day, I didn't worry about a thing- she had everything under control from the name card placement, to looking after the gift table, and ensuring that the reception went smoothly.
However, my greatest delight was actually the day after when we were having breakfast and trying to figure out what items needed to be collected and returned where. I was at a loss as I had only planned for everything up until the actual day of the wedding. What do you mean, there is a day after! I hadn't thought of organizing people to help with that and I certainly didn't have the energy to figure it out myself. To my great delight - Diana was already at the hotel, making arrangements for the centerpieces to be collected and delivered as well as sorting out many other tiny details. That foresight is the quality you want in a coordinator! I only hope we can work together again some time... perhaps an anniversary party!" Thanks again!
