This service is designed for the couple who wish
to plan a wedding their way. You choose the sites and service providers,
and we'll help you organize the weekend events. Approximately one month
before your wedding, we'll meet to review all service contracts, draw
up a detailed timeframe and finalize all other details. The consultant
will direct the wedding rehearsal, be available at the wedding site
from the time the bride arrives and coordinate the reception events
and the couple's send off at the end of the evening. (25 hours of service)
This service is designed for the couple who needs
some help from a consultant in planning their wedding day and its overall
design. It’s a particularly good choice for a bride who is busy
with school or work, whose mother lives out of town or may not have
the information necessary for arranging the myriad details of a wedding.
In addition to this service, we will develop a wedding budget, rehearsal
dinner plans and arrange a payment schedule to ensure all vendors are
paid on time. This service includes up to 15 hours of planning and vendor
consulting and a detailed timeline for all service providers. (40 hours
of service)
This level of service is designed for the couple
who prefer that a professional consultant be involved in planning every
aspect of their wedding. You will make the decisions about wedding day,
and we'll handle all the time-consuming running around. This is an especially
good choice for someone who is planning a long-distance wedding or who
is too busy with work or school to find the time to organize the event.
We'll recommend and coordinate service providers for the rehearsal,
ceremony, and reception direction, and up to 12 hours of wedding-day
direction. (60 hours of service)
